Looking For a Weekend Sitter For Three Children

I have three girls ages 3 months old, 2 years old and 3 years old. My husband and I like to get away on the weekends but can't ever seem to find a sitter to go anywhere. Any baby-sitting would most likely be in the evenings on weekends and it would help if it was at sitter's house but can be at our house if it cannot be at sitters. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and great with small children. Female preferably. Must also have good references and be no younger then 17 years old. Also must be available upon short notice.
